Marflex 5000™ -- Waterproofing Membrane (WB)
Marflex 5000 waterproofing membrane is a tested and proven fortified, polymer-based, elastomeric asphalt emulsion membrane that can be applied over almost any clean, dry, sound substrate for maximum waterproofing.
FUSION UV Waterproofing Membrane (WB)
FUSION UV is 100% acrylic and UV-resistant -- so it stands up to sunshine and doesn't break down like asphalt-based membranes. It's also gray in color, so it can be applied above-grade, to the top of the sill plate, without worry that the membrane might show above the backfill line.
ShockWave Drainage Board
ShockWave drainage board gulps up to 101.11 gallons per hour per linear foot of groundwater to eliminate any possibility of hydrostatic pressure. It stands up to backfill and bulldozers, too, with 283.72 psi of compressive strength. It’s made from 100% post-consumer recycled materials that would otherwise be deposited in landfills.
Drain & Dry Drainage Board
Drain & Dry fiber drainage board delivers the water-channeling and insulation stats that have made it one of the top drain boards for foundation walls. Drain & Dry is made of sand, post-consumer recycled glass, and a proprietary ECOSE(tm) Technology binder that contains no petroleum-based chemicals. That’s why it’s brown in color.
Geo-Mat Plus Drainage Board
Geo-Mat™ Plus dimpled drainage board helps water fall freely to the footer drain, eliminating hydrostatic pressure and assuring a clear water channel. Geo-Mat Plus is made of 100% post-consumer recycled high-density polyethylene (HDPE) rather than new materials, saving costs and reducing the use of natural resources.
Air Barrier 1200 VP (WB)
Marflex AIR Barrier 1200 VP is designed to control air leakage and air flow through a building to reduce moisture, improve indoor air quality and increase energy efficiency. Marflex AIR Barrier 1200 VP is vapor permeable, acts as an air and rain barrier, can be positioned anywhere in a wall assembly, and offers vapor permeance greater than 12.0 perms.
