Starting with a 21" high modular base, each additional modular section adds 14" in height, up to 63" maximum. The maximum stack is 5 segments high.

Each piece interlocks and then mounts to your exterior foundation wall and looks like a normal window well -- until someone needs to escape. That's when the built-in ladder provides a safer, easier exit.

Marflex' modular window wells meet all building codes for below-grade second egress. They don't rust or dent. And they fit 32" - 48" wide slider or casement windows.
